A kindergarten writing journal focusing on letter formation and beginning sounds! Students will practice their letter formation while writing about a letter sound on each page. These writing journals are perfect for writing centers, small group, or just a supplement to your writing curriculum. Each month’s pack is tailored to support the development writing of a typical kindergartener at each month in the year. For example, September’s journal (labeling, two lines for writing, etc.) will look much different from April’s journal (4 lines, 4 goals). My goal in creating these journals was to best support my students at each stage in their writing development.
